When I use the Viewer for my powerpoint presentation, the sound does not work. My slide presentation has narration. How can I hear my presentation using the PowerPoint Viewer? Thanks, Aegean
You don't mention what version of PowerPoint you are using, but I would
guess PowerPoint 97 or 2000. If I am right, I recommend that you use the
PowerPoint 97 Viewer at http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/Ppview97.aspx,
The new Viewer fails to start your music automatically if you are using
PowerPoint 97 or 2000.

Thanks for writing. I have PowerPoint in my office package (2000 Premium). I downloaded the ppview97 as you suggested but the sound does not work. If the viewer does not work automatically using my PowerPoint 2000, how can I start the sound in my presentation using the viewer? The sound works fine if I don't use the viewer.
The cd's that I'm burning will be used on some computers that do not have PowerPoint (hence using the viewer) but I must have the sound. Any suggestions on how I can use the viewer and have the sound
