I have saved a movie in DV-avi format, but when I try to watch it in Windows
Movie Player there is no sound,...also it says that it is not able to find
any codecs. Any one knows how to solve this problem?

I have a similar problem. I hear the sound during the capture, but can't
hear it when I play a clip or storyboard. I have looked at all the volume
controls and they appear to be OK. I made a still image slideshow and added
audio and it worked fine, I just can't get audio when I capture from a VCR?

Someone suggested running the audio directly to the sound card rather than
the graphics card. I tried that and it did not work either. Someone
suggested saving the audio only as a separate WAV file and add it to the
video but can this be done and keep the audio in sync with the video?

I use Movie Maker 2, Win XP sp1 and my capture card is a five year old ATI
All-In-Wonder Pro (3D RAGE PRO PCI chip set).

Can anyone help?
