NO SMTP error

When I try to send pictures from outlook express (email
this file) I get this error message:

The host 'SMTP' could not be found. Please verify that
you have entered the server name correctly. Acct 'POP3',
Server 'SMTP', Protocol:SMTP, Port 25, Secure (SSL): No,
Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0X800CCC0D


I called Dell and they said it was my ISP Provider who
had to correct it. I would appreciate it if someone
would help me in this problem, as I have to first logon
to the internet then attach photo I want to email
prolonging the immediate action of emailing my photos.

Dell is right. Your ISP or Internet Service Provider (Seems like you use
AOL) are the only people who can help.
