Slide Transition effects don't Live Preview (Normal View) or work during
Slide Show.
This is a known problem in Beta 2 and Beta 2 Technical Refresh that is
caused by having COM add-in's installed.
This will be fixed by RTM, but the workaround, for now, is to remove any COM
add-in's for PowerPoint if you need to use or test slide transition effects.

the timing in transitions to work. This is so frustrating as I was very
good
in PowerPoint 2003 and now I feel lost in 2007. Do you know where I can
get
a fix for this?
