I had a Dell Dimension 4600 with pre-installed XP home
edition. The audio, video and Network card are integrated
in the mother board. I installed Windows Server 2003
Enterprise in a separated drive(E so I can have dual
boots. After I completed the task, I found out that the
Network
adapters (Start/control panel/System/Hardware/Device
Manager) did not exist. This is not the case for my XP OS
(C which clearly shows the Network adapters with
network driver of "Intel 10/100 LOM' installed. I don't
have TCP/IP, therefore, I could not do setup for NDS,
WINS etc.
The "Local Area Network" from Start/Control panel/Network
Connects did not exist as well. I knew something is
wrong, but don't know how to
fix it.
Please help!
