no "share my calender" in navigation pane

I'm using exchange as the server and have checked "use cached Exchange Mode".
I want to share my calender to others but when I click calender, I only saw
"Open a Shared Calender". So how to make the "share my calender" link appear?
 
I create the calender in the pst but not mailbox. Can I share the calender
which created in pst? If cannot is there a way to transfer all the calender
which created in pst to mailbox?

Open the Calendar in the PST, display it in a table view like By Category,
select all the items in it with CTRL-A, and click Edit>Copy (or MOve) to
Folder, specifying the mailbox Calendar folder as the destination. Make
sure your delivery location is the Exchange mailbox and not the PST.
 
Thanks. Is there a freeware that can synchronize the calender in pst with
calender in Exchange server? If no, is there any recommended software?
