No Scrolling within a "note"

As with any document, Inbox folder and webpage, my mouse
allows me to scroll up and down using the Wheel. I cannot
scroll though in a note. Is a limit of Notes or does a
setting need to be switched to allow scrolling?

Is not possible. You can resize it though so there won't be need for
scrolling unless you've got a really big note :-)

I must have hundreds of notes, and they are usually many
pages long. C'mon MSFT.... how lame.... add that feature
to Outlook. I noticed though that you can scroll though
the notes once the cursor is on one. Given the notes are
large by design, you'd think someone would have given
them that scrolling control.
 
Isn't "short" somewhere in the definition of a Note? Could be the reason for
leaving out scrolling. Mine doesn't scroll by the way, not even with the
focus in the note.
