No rightclick menu in program manager after installing finger prin

Hi.
I just installed MS fingerprint reader on my XP Pro and it works great.
However, when logging on as ADMIN and go Start->Programs, I cannot rightclick
on any programs or folders. No rightclick menu appears! It behaves just like
a left mouse click.
When any other registred user logs onto the XP and perform the same steps as
above, the right click menu appears and you can "sort by name" - and use all
other menu points in the right click menu.
I have no idea what might cause this and how to correct it. Could anybody
help, please?

If your right click menu is missing in the Start Menu...

XP Start Menu >>
Right click the Start button | Properties |
Start Menu tab | Customize button | Advanced tab |
Scroll down to and Check: Enable dragging and dropping |
Click OK | Click OK

Classic Start Menu >>
Right click the Start button | Properties |
Start Menu tab | Customize button |
Scroll down to and Check: Enable dragging and dropping |
Click OK | Click OK

Enable dragging and dropping
[[Prevents users from using the drag-and-drop method to reorder or remove
items on the Start menu. Also, this entry removes context menus from the
Start Menu.]]

Hope this helps. Let us know.

RHello Wes.
Thanks indeed! - for some reason the checkmark has been removed. Resetting
it solved the problem.
(a bit imbarassing :)

Best regards,
Anders

Who knows what happened. Sometimes you go looking around at different
settings and accidentally check or uncheck something. I do that all of the
time.
