No Ribbon

I am using office 2007 and in Outlook and Access I dont see the ribbon nor do
i have the Customize Quick Access Toolbar button. confused...
Word, Excel and others are good. please help me out.

by the way it displays the toolbars like standard, advanced, web and outlook
connector...
 
The Ribbon was not implemented in the main views of Outlook 2007. Open a
Contact Record. Do you see the Ribbon now?
