No Rep between DC's and event id's 1655 + 1126

Hello,

We get this message for 1 month from now, I heva no idea from where it comes
from.
We also have an Exchange 2003 server. All DC's are updated and have SP4.

All Ideas are welcome

The 1126 error, may indicate why the 1655 error is happening. At first look,
if it is:
:: Unable to establish connection with global catalog"
Then that is telling me it's more than likely a DNS misconfiguration. All
machiunes in an AD environment (DCs, member servers and clients), *MUST*
only use the internal DNS. DNS stores all of AD's information and whenver a
service is 'looking' for any AD component, such as a GC, it queries DNS. If
you are using the ISP's DNS in IP properties, (no matter in which position),
it may query the ISP, and the ISP's DNS does not have information about your
internal domain. Configure a forwarder for efficient external resolution.

If your configuration shows you are only using the internal DNS and continue
to have this problem, then we will need to know more specific information,
such as:

1. Unedited ipconfig /all
2. Name of the AD DNS domain.
3. Name of the zone in DNS
4. If updates are enabled on the zone properties
5. If the SRV records exist and are correct (this is what is being queried
for domain communication and service locations)
