no removal of spyware

I have used the program for a few days and it works great
but it will not remove sd bot (trojan). I can quartentine
it, but not remove it. and even when I quartentine it the
trojan is still there. I wan't know how to get rid of it
permantly.

Please try restarting your machine in safe mode.

Scan with Microsoft Antispyware, repeating until nothing is found (i.e.
probably twice.)
