No QUARANTINE; Removed; FP; Oops

Cycloid Torus

Dealing with FP on SpywareBlaster from SafeMode in one machine (of 3) I was
not offered "quarantine" so elected remove.

Need advice on how to reverse.

Can I copy unins000.exe from another machine?
 
If you can find one of the identical version, that'd work. So would
reinstalling SpywareBlaster from the download, or a new one.

The version in question is 51.34.0.0--right click and choose properties to
see.
