No Proxy rights still able to access the internet.

We are running Windows 2000 Server AD native mode. We
have created OU's per department. Some of the dept.'s do
not need access to the internet so we have created a no
proxy security group. We are currently running ISA on a
Windows 2003 server. what can be causing the users that
do not have access to the internet to be able to hit the
net? Any info would be great.

You have to make a policy based in groups in ISA. However re-ask the
question in microsoft.public.isa
