No printers with roaming profiles

Greetings,
I have about 100 users that use roaming profiles. When they go to print, no
publised printers are available for them to use. They then have to add a
printer to their profile. Most of my users are not very adept to completing
this task. I would like to make these printers available to them as they log
on.


Any suggestions?
