Hello,
I am using Win XP Professional, when I want to print to file from a printer
driver installed on my PC, I get the print file with 0 bytes size.
This was working before just fine.
If I print from MS Word, I type in the file name (.prn extension), there is
no such file in the destination directory.
If I print from Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.0, a file with the specified
name is being created, but the file size is 0 bytes.
I have many printers installed on my PC for testing purposes, and this
happens with every printer driver I use. There is one exception: I have two
shared printers (GDI) from another PC in the network installed - here I get
the correct print files!
I deleted all the installed printers on my PC, including all the drivers in
server properties, and reinstalled some, but I still don't get the print file.
I treid google, Microsoft, etc, but no solution found.
Any ideas?
Maybe a problem solution?!
thanks in advance,
firestone
