No Preview Available(prev. Access Denied)

I was getting the message Access Denied when I tried to open some of my
photos in 'My Pictures'
now I'm getting No Preview Available and Drawing failed when trying to open
using picture and fax viewer.

Any ideas?
 
Have you had a chance to delete the temp files?
Temp internet files?
Tools | Options | Settings | 50 MEGs or less?
