Andy I.

Hi,

Whenever I start PowerPoint 2002, I now get a message:

"No PPTools found to install"

When I click "OK", everything seems to proceed as normal.
I would appreciate an explanation.

Thank you.
Andy I.

Thanks John,

I can't find the contact e-mail you mention.
All I want to do is stop this annoying message.

Hi,

Whenever I start PowerPoint 2002, I now get a message:

"No PPTools found to install"

It sounds as though you had one or more of our PPTools add-ins installed at
some point but somehow one or more of the .PPA addin files got deleted.

If you no longer want to use any of the PPTools addins, use Control Panel,
Add/Remove Programs, find the All PPTools item and remove it.

If you want to continue using any of the PPTools addins, the simplest fix is to
download the latest versions at http://www.pptools.com/downloads.htm and run
the installer(s).

That should sort things out; if not, give me a shout (best/fastest way is to
use the Contact link on the web site).

Thanks!

Thanks Steve,

You've answered all my questions................ some of them unasked!

Much appreciated.

Great. Save those extra answers for a rainy day. You never know when you may
need 'em. ;-)
