No Power

Hi Some advice would be appreciated i got hold of an emachines 350 pc the other day and the prob i have is it will not power up everything inside is ok,their is a green led on the back of the power pack which is alight but could it be the power pack that has gone.

Is this a new pc as if so it will have a warranty to cover this type of thing?
Playing with it could invalidate the warranty??
 
No its second hand been sittin in someones bedroom just asked me to get rid of so i thought i would give it a try.
 
If the fan on the psu does not come on then it may need a new one.
What wattage is it?
 
I've got several PSU's that will do the job . You can have one for a £1 + postage .If your a member of the crunching team you can have it for just the postage . :D
