No pictures or updates on web page

I have a new Toshiba laptop. When I go to foxnews.com,
the webpage is not current (always several days old) and
no pictures are able to be displayed. Customer support
from Toshiba was unable to solve my problem. Other
webpages are fine. Foxnews.com from other computers are
fine, naturally. My brother did try to help me over the
phone. He came to the conclusion that I have microsoft
problem #824220 and/or #817177. How do I get this
problem solved?
 
clear history & temp files....this worked for someone
yesterday.
limit size of history and temp files for future.
