No Pictures In IE6 or 7 Beta

All of a sudden (today) pictures are not displayed in any website I go to,
just a red square where the picture should be. I have uninstalled IE7 but
the problem remains in IE6, I have reinstalled IE7 still no change. Any
ideas?

Hi,
I wish there were only one answer, but there isn't.

Start by clearing the Temporary Internet Files.
Next try disabling third-party security, provacy, ad-blocking programs.
