no picture properties & edited page won't save

Editing pages: When I insert wordart or a clipart photo
into a page, I cannot right click and get the picture
properties menu. Also, the edited page will not save
without giving me the following error message: "Frontpage
cannot save this document because a file with the same
name exists at this location. Please enter a different
name and try again." I'm not sure what I need to do to
fix.
 
Save the Wordart or clipart as jpg or gif, imort it into a
web folder, then import it to the page from the web. Don't
place it direct from your desktop application. Try this
and see if that makes a difference.
