No picture or chat.

Help. Im using internet Explorer latest.
When I go into most websites, No picture is shown
Just a square And the same if I try to go into java chat
room. The window opens but no Picture just something
that looks like a button. I have all the java downloads
But not even this will open Any thing. Hope this makes
sence. I dont know how else to explain this.
