No picture from from hard drive to monitor

The other day my computer began shutting down multiple times after a 12 hour
day thinking that it was overheated i left it off. Turned it on the next day
and i am getting no picture on my monitor at all both my monitor and hard
drives are both running and all the cords are connected. I have up to date
virus protection so i dont think its a virus. Im running a p4 with Microsoft
XP.

Sounds like the fan on your video card burned out. To be sure, attach
the computer to a different monitor. If you get the same symptoms,
replace the video card.
