i'm running outlook (office 2000) under win98se and most emails don't
display the attached picture..... there is just a place holder (square
window with an 'X' in the top left corner)
i uninstalled ie6 and reinstalled 5.5 and it worked ok for a day or two then
reverted back to the place holder. I then upgraded to ie6.. this made no
difference so i uninstalled ie6 again and reinstalled ... still the bloody
'X'.
all my settings under ie6 appear to be right but something is obviously
causing a problem.
does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
i have mozilla installed and this is great for the web, however, i have one
site in particular that i need to log onto for business purposes and it
requires ie6 to access :-(
I also use outlook 2000 for all my email and contacts etc. and it would be a
pain having to convert to another program for this.
any thought on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
