Hi,

I have a report with 2 sub-reports. The Footer of the main
report has page numbers and today's date. The sub-reports
do not have a footer or page number/date associated with
them.

When I run the report, the page numbers are not printed on
the pages, except on the last page. And, the date printed
is not today's date, but a previous one. The control
source is "=Now()" for the date.

I would like to print the page number on each page, and
not just on the last one.

Any ideas/pointers on how to fix these two issues - page
number and today's date?

Thanks!

Amit,

For your page number - I suspect you have a report footer
and not a page footer containing your page number field.
The report footer only appears once at the end of the
report.
I have no idea why your date is wrong. Try deleting the
control and inserting a new one ..... any one got more
straw for me to clutch at?

Make sure you have the page number and date text boxes in
the Page Footer (not the report footer).

As for Now() not displaying today's date, check your
system's clock in the control panel.

Aha!!

Yes, the page number is on the report footer. I will test
out your suggestions regarding the date.

Thanks for your reponses.
