If it is not listed under File, then I would do a Detect and Repair, and
also make sure that all the Service packs have been applied.

Right click on a blank area of the top toolbar > customize
Scroll down in the right box.
Can you see it in the list there
Report back if you can and I'll walk you through a fix

it. Does the Package for CD option show up now?
