no outlook express

I was having problems with my IE 6 So I unistalled it and Installed the IE 6 SP1 after trying several others to get my internet to work now I have lost my outlook express.Any suggestions on what I need to do to get it back??Thanks,TINA
 
go into add and remove programs and make sure you delete
outlook express there then put in your starter disc and
reupload your outlook express

It's under virus definitions

Free online virus scan
Give it permissions when prompted
It you have infections, write them down and get
help
