NO OS FOUND!

When I turn on the computer i get the above (very scary) message. Help...

Sometimes this is just caused by a floppy disk left in the drive...
 
A loose or defective cable on the hard drive, a dead hard
drive or a damaged file system. The message you're getting
is from the BIOS.
