No "No Windows 2000 DC is available for domain ...." dialog box

Hi

In NT4 workstation, I can get the error message dialog box "No Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain controller is available for domain xxx...." when I login to my computer which is unpluged from network. However, I can't have this error dialog box prompted to the logon user in Windows 2000 Professional workstation. There is this error (event ID: 5719) in event log but no error dialog box prompt to user. Is there any way to enable it

This KB is not what I need. Is it possible to enable that dialog box "No winodws 2000 Dc is available for domain..." in Windows 2000 Professional? I would like to aware my user of without networking connection
