No name appearing on a shared calendar

A manager in our organization has shared his calender with several
assistants. When one assistant opens his calendar, his name does not appear,
we are trying to include his calendar in the Other Calendar section of the
navigation pane in Outlook 2003. We are running Exchange 2003. Any ideas as
to why the name is blank for only her?
 
Did you ever figure this out. We are experiencing the same problem. In our
situation, one manager appears in Other Calendars with the name the way they
should. The other appears in My Calendars with no name. I thought it was a
permissions thing but as far as we can tell the permissions are identical.
I'd appreciate any ideas.
 
This was an upgrade from Outlook 2002. The mapping to the managers calendar
were from 2002. I removed all the calanders from the secretary's Outlook and
started over and it resolved the problem.
 
Thanks for letting me know. This situation is different. This is a new
employee who was just given permissions to two managers calendars. I'll try
removing them and readding but I don't think it will work in this case.
