A manager at my work, (who travels to all other Centres in the company so I
only see her infrequently), said that she had had trouble with her mouse and
so she bought a new one. The instructions for the new mouse said to
uninstall the old mouse but when she went to Settings > Control Panel > Add
or Remove Programs it does not show and mouse driver to remove. Can anyone
tell me how she can remove the old mouse driver?

Grateful for all help

Sandy

Drivers do not show up in add/remove in control panel. Go to system in control
panel--hardware--device manager..

Wow!

An answer in 28 minutes, I am impressed with both that and the answer you
gave. Thank you very much.

Kind Regards

Sandy
