Hi,

I have a Web application that uses Webhelp (from Macromedia) for its online
help. And since a while (probably after having applied an IE update), the
Table of Contents frame, which contains two ActiveX, doesn't load naymore: I
get a blank page.

I looke at Macromedia's site and didn't find anything regarding this
problem, though it has occurred on other platforms like IE for Mac Intosh.

If anybody has any information about this, I would greatly appreciate it,
since all my customers ask me why this doesn't work anymore.

Thanks !

The page that causes a problem contains two ActiveX: one is the standard
HTML help, the other is probably Macromedia's one. A funny thing is that
when I open the page locally, the standard HMTL help ocx is displayed. Not
the Macromeda's one. If I open the page on a remote server, through a Web
server or through a simple share, I get the blank page.
Finally, I saw in the vent viewer that an event is generated when displaying
the blank page, but its text can't be displayed "because it is stored
remotely".

I saw in some places (Microsoft and Macromedia) various things about HTML
Help not working or blank pages displayed with WebHelp, but nothing that
corresponds to my problem.

Please help !
