No more Contacts in BCM after Update

Hi all,

one of our customers upgraded his Business Contact Manager to the latest
release. After installing the upgrade, his contacts are not in the system
anymore, he has an empty system.

What can be the reason for this?

Does Business Contact Manager Load when Outlook is started (ie.. is there a
Business Tools Menu and a Business Contact Manager Folder?)

Yes, the Business Tools Menu and the folder are there.

What I also seem to have is 2 different databases...

and this is already the solution: the customer decided to create a new
database when he installed the update. After changing the database, he has
his contacts back ;-)
