No Menu or address HTML Page!

Hello...

I was hoping for some help.

I am new at Front Page..I use Front Page 3. Is there any way to create
a webpage that omits the menu's, buttons and the address bar?

If you are talking about a page that opens in a new window when you click on
a link, yes.
Download and install the FP addin "Spawn" from www.jimcosoftware.com
