Hi,

I have a strange problem, which keeps reoccurring with Outlook Express 6.00
2900.2180. It won't allow me to retrieve my msn E-mail account, which I
have done for over twp years now. It keeps asking me for a password, which
I type in correctly, and then pops up again. I did a reinstall (upgrade) of
my Win XP Pro, and Outlook express worked once, but is now back to the
continual pop up dilemma.

I get a Msn E-mail account as I am a subscriber of Qwest DSL service with
MSN premium. I wrote Qwest an E-mail, but got an automated response
indicated it would be this coming week before they would have a reply. My
hopes aren't too high relying on Qwest. Please help.

Did you recently install IE7?
Authentication fails when you use Outlook or Outlook Express to try to log
