No longer able to access "account name" in Business Contact 2003

1. Outlook 2003 Business Contact will not allow "account names" to be accessed.

2. Business Contacts History lists all e-mail, not just e-mails link to
contact
 
Your Outlook forms have been corrupted. Clear the Outlook forms cache
to regenerate new forms. You should also upgrade to latest bits as the
bug that usually caused this was fixed in an Outlook service pack a few
years ago.
 
Thank you for the assistance Luther,
I tried clearing the form cache and it did not have any effect on all the
e-mails in my inbox link to all users in Business Contacts. The issuse has
not affect Outlook Contacts, just Business Contacts.

I appreciate you help.

Hi Glenn

Is the Business Tools Menu Present in Outlook?
If not, go to Help > About Microsoft Office Outlook and see if it is listed
in Disabled Items
