no keyboard or mouse

I have a Win 2K Pro system at work. I came in today to find the system off.
After I turned it on, the keyboard and mouse would not work. I was stuck at
the ctrl-alt-del sign-on. The keyboard will work if I boot into the bios. I
can log into the computer remotely using UltraVNC.
Any suggestions??
 
Check Event Viewer for errors. Check Device Manager for error codes and or
non-starting devices.

I checked the Device Manager (via UltraVNC). The keyboard and mouse had
problems. I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers but it didn't doo
anything.
 
The mobo may have failed.
