No ISO file for Windows Vista

I Just download Windows Vista RC1, I got the 3.4 Gb winrar file but it's only
readme file and there is no ISO file.

It is an .iso file. When you installed Winrar, you left the checkbox for
..iso checked in the preferences. Use your DVD software to burn the .iso
file to a disc.
 
Winrar can't read the format, it will give you a text documant telling you
why.
But that doesn't mean there's nothing there if you write the Iso file to
disc with burning software it will work and everything will be there
