I bought a refill kit and cannot find any instructions, in package or
online...where to insert the needle etc? I am trying to fill the black
ink for an HP660Cse. Any leads on where to go for pictures and or
instructions?

Type in "refill instrictions HPxx cartridge" into your search engine. You
should find something.

That's an old printer so instructions and tips have been posted for
years. The OP is either not being truthful about searching or is
highly challenged. Under the circumstances, I predict the refill
attempt will be a failure. Seeking refilled carts might be more
efficient, assuming she could find them online. (Yes, they too are
readily available for about $15.)

Peel the label off. Fill holes under label.
 
The instructions is to go to Staples and get a genuine HP cart and not
have the mess.
