no internet connection

New computer with win2kpro loaded cd for blue yonder it
says it is connecting but isnt ip config is blank tried
disconnecting modem so as to find another ip address
woirked fine at with ntl at different location also old
computor still connects ok blue yonder less than helpful
any ideas?
 
Hi Jay,

Unless someone else on this thread knows something particular, it would seem that the issue
is with the blue yonder software. I looked through some resources and could not find any info
on the blue yonder and this issue. According to your note, the dialup works with another ISP.

So if it works outside of the blue yonder software, first thing to do is to uninstall the software, get
another CD and try again, making sure ot disable your antivirus during the installation.
