no internet after removing Antivirus 2009

I work with Windows XP Media center Edition.
I removed Antivirus 2009 by:
1: run Spybot
2. Run mbam - malwarebytes- (in safe mode)

In safe mode with Networking internet is working
When I start in normal mode Internet is not working.

Who can help me?
 
not sure why you simply
didn't use the add/remove
control panel to uninstall
that program.

however, you might try to
go into safe mode and execute
the system restore feature and
return your computer to a point
when it was functional.

Antivirus 2009 leaves other "nasties" on all systems it tricks user to
install it.
 
Problem solved

Run in safe-mode (with network)
1. spybot
2. mbam
3. antivirus-program avast.
