No internet access but network access

I am running alot of work stations with windows 2000 and windows xp I need
to let the workstations have network access to access a server but to
disallow access to the internet. I want to use Dynamic ip addresses with
this also.

Please lend me you suggestions and help

Do Not Give the WSs the Gateway IP (i.e. Internet Connection Share) when you
set up the DHCP scope.

But some workstations I want to have access to the gateway and some not. I
want to be able to set it up on the workstatoin it self.
