I have public appointment folders that I use as resources... for example a conference room when I add a conference room as a resource I would like to see its free/busy status when I view the "Show attendee availability" info.... the resource has the "No information" symbol... does anyone no how to fix this... ?

This is normal. Public folders don't publish free/busy status. That's why
resources are set up as mailbox accounts.

No, that's not what that article is about at all. It concerns replication of
the free/busy folder, which is stored in the public folders hierarchy.
