No info in Group Schedules

I have set up some group schedules in outlook xp.

When you try and view passed the 1\1\2004 it comes up with
no information however if you go into the users calendar
there are appointments.
It views fine up until the end of this year.

Sounds like the users are set up to publish only 2 months of free/busy inforamtion.

I have the same problem. We have never experienced this
problem before this year. Is there a way that as an
administrator we can change this for all users using the
system manager, or does it have to be done by each
individual user.

I believe the free/busy publishing interval is an option that can be controlled with a group policy or a registry entry that you distribute via a logon script, but I haven't investigated the exact policy or registry details lately.

Thanks. Do you know why this would occur suddenly this
year. We have not done anything different from last year
and the configurations are all the same.
