No import on toolbar for contacts

I would like to import my contacts from my outlook 2003 to Windows Contacts
but ther is no import function on my toolbar. As a matter of fact I dont even
see a toobar. HELP PLEASE....

Right click - tick on toolbar - enter. then File - import in the usual way.
