no imcoming mail alert sound

recently there is no alert sound of incoming mail in my Outlook Exp 6.0,
please tell me what to do? thanks
 
Try Tools-Options-General tab.
Ensure "Play sound when new messages arrive" is checked.

If that is already checked, try the OE6 newsgroup.
