no images

After uploading web to server I cannot see graphics just a red X I note that
others have same problem. BUT it works on other computers!! I do not have
graphic blocker ON on my computer. I made second site and on first look
pictures were there but after adding pages and updating to site then graphics
were again missing on second web site
 
Provide a URL to a page with this problem.
