Hi all,
I have a user suddenly one day lost all icon under the Printers and Faxes
folder, the only thing left there is the Add Printer icon which has no
response at all, but in Office when we click printer we can still print to
the previously connected printers, anyone know what's the problem and how to
fix it? Thanks in advance.
