no hotmail access from windows mail?

I know you have discontinued access to new hotmail accounts through outlook
express and have chosen to let those who've grandfathered in their accounts
to continue to have access through outlook express. It is it your intention
to completely phase that out through windows vista?
 
It was totally phased out in Outlook Express ;o) Although the options are
still there in OE6, accessing Hotmail/Windows Live Mail is only applicable
for MSN Premium customers.
