You really need to find a group dealing with HP issues exclusively. But,
since I'm here, and not doing anything constructive at the moment, I'll try
to help. I could just say that the reason you are not getting a response is
that the support at HP sucks. While that may or may not be true, it doesn't
help you at all. Have you managed to slog your way through the various
voice menu choices or did you actually speak to a human being at one time?
Try all the support phone numbers you can find for HP, even if they aren't
directly dealing with printers or computers. When you get a real person on
the other end of the phone, don't let them hang up until you are speaking
with the appropriate support technician. Make sure they know you want to
talk to a person who can help you with your problem. If necessary, ask to
be handed up the chain to higher level support.

* That depends on the tech you get. Some are very helpful and knowledgeable
and other's must be the floor sweepers. Some barely speak and understand
English. This is the number I have. A machine answers, then you get
someone in India. The longest I've waited was about 8 minutes for a human.
